Heir to the Great Khan (and Satrapy specialised subjects!).

This mod allows you to play as the Khanate Successor origin and use the Diadochi and Great Khan's Legacy civics. On game start, two other Diadochi regimes are generated that hate one another. Be the last Diadochi standing - including the Khanate Successor empires generated by the mid-game crisis - and you are declared the true Heir to the Great Khan, granting a powerful new civic and leader trait. Even if you don't start as a Khanate Successor, these game rules and events will benefit the mid-game crisis successor empires.

Khanate Successor states (and owners of the Great Khan's throne) can make use of a new specialised subject - Satrapies. Satrapies are offensively-focused military subjects, that boost their overlord's bombardment damage, damage against starbases and naval capacity. Satrapies themselves are army-focused, and gain significant boosts to their armies, generals and troop transports, as well as the ability to built Khanate Banners (roughly equivalent to Gene Warriors). There's also an Overlord Martial Camps unique Overlord holding to boost your Satrapy's armies even further.

New wargoals include forcing another empire to become your Satrapy, the War of the Diadochi total war, and the ability to go to war to seize the Great Khan's throne.

As a Khanate Successor empire you can alo capture trophies from defeated (worthy) enemy fleets, and use them in public ceremonies to enhance your planets through the new 'Immolate Enemy Banners' decision.
