I'd say so:
I can't measure HP in numbers, but here's an example.
========= A HP bar divided into 9 parts.
20 points are roughly equal to one =.
On my screen/TV the HP bar was 35cm long.
(Bottom left to top right corner, didn't measure diagonally)
This one part was 4cm long.
Since a HP bar is 10'000 HP, I'd guess, due to my lack of sufficient data and proper measurements, that 20 points of HP equals 1000 HP, which means that 1 point of HP equals 50 HP.
34 points equals 1 Stam bar
10 points of basic attack equals about 1.014%.
(142 dmg light punch + 10 points basic attack = 144 dmg light punch)
10 points of melee super equal to about 1.012%.
(2389 dmg flying fist + points of melee super = 2419 dmg)
9857 dmg Spirit Sword + 10 points Melee Super = 9979 dmg
10 points of Ki Blast Super equals about 1.015%.
(2730 dmg Tyrant Ulan + 10 points Ki Blast Super = 2770 dmg
8420 dmg Super Kamehameha + 10 Ki Blast Super = 8557 dmg
I estimate that the damage increase from damage attribute points is somewhere between 1% and 1.0015%. I'd say there's no difference between the damage types in terms of the multiplier.

I hope you find this information useful as you plan your next build.
