Axis and Allies: The 30 Years War

This is an Axis and Allies variant set in 1630 during the Thirty Years War, one of the most violent conflicts in European history yet also one that is often overlooked. While at the start of the year the Catholic forces appeared ascendant, Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden has just landed in Pomerania to set his thumb upon the scale. The variant has many changes and additions that differentiate it from regular A&A, such as multiple combat phases and combat cards.
