I have made this guide to share my findings with you during my playtime. (Used the notes to get Speedrunner on Hardcore run)

General Info
  • Forest Wood Fully Reset on the 8th day after collection.
  • Maximum of wall lamps that can run on house electricity is 19.->tested (19 Wall lamps equivalent about 28 planter lighs->untested practically only in theory)
  • Water Tank collects water automatically from buckets.
  • You can fast hit if you have 2 weapons and press H (Switch weapon) after each hit. Basically press E/H/E or Q/H/Q repeteadly and it will hit faster. Dont press H too soon. Practice. you will learn the timing. Q,wait 200ms,H,wait 200ms,Q.
  • Max you can stay awake is 3:00 (you will faint at 3:00). To be safe, go to bed at 2:40.
  • Farming wall lamp consumes as much as 2x regular wall lamp (Using farming room upgrade you need only 1x farming wall lamp to provide max light instead of 3x regular wall lamp)
  • If you have more generators than needed, the power will be splited among them. Therefore wood will not be wasted and you will basically you will not have to visit the generator that often. (or you can turn the surplus off and have one working max speed)
  • Food stored into fridge(unless you run out of electricity) or crates in Cold Room spoils very slow.
Short List of Tips
  • You Craft Faster When Stamina and Health are over 50%. (But not much faster, so it does not really matters.
  • If you buy skill book, you can replace it with a normal book from inside the house that can be dismantled into wood.
  • Staying awake and crafting/dismantling/cooking till 2:40 is best option as the rest bar will be 50% filled in 3h of sleep(you always wake up at 6:02). You can nap 2h till 8 and have a full bar rather than sleeping for 6h minimum and still not have a full stamina bar after waking up.
  • Turn off Lamps/Radio/Lights so you avoid electricity waste.
  • Place buckets outside (When inspection comes, have no more than 2 buckets outside, rest of them store in inventory)
  • If you have a backpack and you take the car for resources. Since canned food is heavy if you have allot, put the canned food into the hot-bar but don't use it (it will not add to weight, therefore more to loot)
  • You can sell the sofa as it generates great amount of money...it is considered bed, you don't need more than 1 bed.
    Item category matters, not the name.
  • Object placement does not matter (as long as you meet the numbers allowed). You can put the bed near the entrance door. bunker ladder under bed, move sink and fridge in same room with the bed.
  • Bellow is the most efficient object placement i have found


Faming tip:
  • You can put a apple tree outside so you don't have to make huge underground farming room. But it will cost you a bit of suspicion for extra income.
  • You can stack planters next to each other without blocking path as long as you don't stack them in front of the door.
  • Oranges,Guarna,tomato,coffee beans,apples,cucumber, persists uppon harvest so you don't have to keep plating them. (Corn, sunflower,carrot - Gets destroyed when collected)
  • Greenhouses are not worth it. Greenhouse is growing plants 1 min faster than the planter but 2 UV lights can max grow 8 plants in planter for same power as 16 greenhouses powered. Also Planters can be 2 on the same row (if not in front of the door). See model below:

Furnace
  • 1x Iron Ore = 1x Metal
  • 1x Stone = 1x Glass
  • 50 Stones are needed for first rocket phase. Other than that, make all the stone into glass.
Scrapyard Car info
  • Auto pilot = 1x AI chip/ 7x metal/ 3 electronics (consumes 1x more gas for each milestone)
  • Solar = 1x solar/ 7x plastic / 5 electronics (removes the 1x extra gas consumption)
Food Info
Edited:All food items are persishable, some just have a very long lifetime but will still ultimately rot with enough time.

Infinite water?
You can have infinite water by placing buckets in the water room on top of each other near a Water Tank.
As stated previously, water buckets automatically deliver water in the water tank so you don't have to worry about water.

Some critical errors to be corrected:
- all food items are persishable, some just have a very long lifetime but will still ultimately rot with enough time.
- a powered fridge does not stop food from rotting, only slows the effect. A powered freezer or a freezer room upgrade can preserve food forever.
