its a pretty cool mod that adds well over 2k+ things to the game? as far as i know anyways. it adds clothing, more engraving options, hairstyles, and alot more that i probably havent even found yet. this is basically one of the main 3 mods you SHOULD get in terms of having a better rdr2 experience

Rampage Trainer

i think most people use this, its how you get those 'cool rdr2 quickdraw no deadeye' videos anyways. rampage trainer can do alot of ♥♥♥♥, including spawning in npcs, vehicles, animals and objects. you can also play game music from missions like fleeting joy, although its hard to find them exactly unless your looking for key words in the mp3 files. you can also basically get any weapon you want ( including rdo stuff but we'll get to that ) and get any HORSE you want. you could call it a cheat engine but its a very fun engine to ♥♥♥♥ around with

Ped Damage Overhaul

yknow you might be asking yourself 'hey did they just take the top 3 mods on nexus' which is only true by circumstance because i have those mods INSTALLED thank you very much. ped damage overhaul basically just makes the game more violent and makes fights feel BETTER in a way. theres 3 different versions too, adding more features that makes the game harder. its the equivilant of a difficulty scaler but its fun and makes the game more exciting if you've replayed through it alot

Mod Loader

this isn't a mod i know its just going to be important for some of the other mods that i reccomend. i promise im not trying to give you a virus its just going to be helpful.

theres already a guide on how to install said mod loader on the mod's page, so what you wanna do is go to 'lenny's mod loader' on rdr2mods .com, and follow the instructions there. you could call me lazy but, whatever.

Miscellanious

this is basically all the other mods i have that i think are neat and should be gotten

Bank Robberies: lets you rob banks.
Gun Spinning: you get to do gun tricks in story mode like you can in online
Duels: lets you duel anyone
Immersive Scenarios: lets you do ♥♥♥♥ that npc's do like sit on benches and whittle wood
W.E.R.O: basically the rdr2 equivilant of a euphoria mod.
Red Dead Offline: ports over most multiplayer items over to story mode. (navy revolver, bolas, etc.)

how do i install ped damage overhaul, can't find it on nexus or rdr2 mods

For anyone looking for less general and more specific mod recommendation:
-LAW mod, fixes police system and game is borderline unplayable without it
-FOV fix.
-AMJM TRANSPORTis also a great additional mod for more immersion with the "legal" world, and it lets you buy boats, hot air balloon, wagons, stagecoach, etc. You can do contract jobs with bounties, cargo and otherwise using your equipment.
-ALL ITEMS UNLOCKED - for anyone who thinks locking guns in the catalog is stupid.
JMRP- Fixes the look of John Marston in the epilogue
-DARK NIGHTS - Comes with three settings. I use medium
-REALISTIC WEAPONS OVERHAUL - makes some guns shoot faster or slower, lowers Volcanic damage, couple other things
-GUN METAL REWORK - Makes the gun finishes more shiny and less samey.
I have gotten the story to run through 100% by using d8input.dll instead of version.dll.

you can have them installed during the story, but it does fuck up some missions because of the version.dll file required for installing online content. its why i said AFTER instead of before.
