Fido - from the anime 86 Eighty-Six

Mô tả
I was in need for a support hover mech to flip my AI rover army back on their wheels and Fido came to the rescue!

Fido is meant to be a support vehicle equipped with everything you'll need in the field to keep your vehicles in working order. He has a functional arm with a landing leg controlled by a turret controller to flip your stupid drones back up, the other arm has a rotor without a head to be used for towing/recharging your poor drones who just couldn't make it back home. You can also use it to drag an additional cargo wagon if needed.

Fido has a Survival kit, o2h2 generator, hydrogen engine, 2 medium cargo containers, ground tethering mechanism and is equipped with all the necessary AI blocks to keep himself safe while you are battling with your other mechs. This should cover pretty much every problem you can fix with a small grid vehicle in an great looking yet fast package that has character to boot!

I updated Fido to be much more stable when on player made blocks and made it overall much more manouverable and less likely to tip over (with some other quality of life features for the Arm).

I also added functionality to cooperate with cargo wagons or other tow able vehicles so they can use their thrusters to assist in moving the wagon train. Should be easy to implement on your own custom trailers, just add all forward, backward, left and right thrusters in their own separate groups with over ride to the max thrust and it works like magic when Fido connects to them!

86 is such a great and under rated anime

At the end of Season 1 ( i think ) SPOILERS its so sad to see everyone and how personal they are with Fido.

I've actually made M1A4 juggernauts (the main mech from season 1) in the past that had a real walk cycle but they were not practical and fun to play with so i did not upload it. Not as fun as this Fido. I actually made 2 mechs from the lessons i learned from making the juggernaut prototypes. They are very much inspired by 86 but also keep in mind practicality and how easy they are to make in survival. They are called Azina mech and Zubina unmanned drone. both are made for PVE.

I think i will do the six legged tank mech from federal repuplic of Giad at some point. I don't have a real heavily armoured mech in my arsenal yet.

Maybe after i finnish my pve playthrough on Pertam I have the knowledge to create the ultimate pve mech worthy enoug to be called the Regenleif (Giads version of Juggernauts in season 2) You know regenleif is supposed to be THE highest performing and priciest mech in 86 that has all 3 maneuverability, heavy armor and BIG dmg.
