He was sentenced for 44 years for multiple crimes such as armed robbery, armed assault, streetfight, killing two space police officers, spaceship stealing. He managed to escape Delcatraz by killing a guardian and stealing his uniform and used after as a disguise outfit.
Now all the Interstellar Police and law authorities are looking for him. What we know is that Javier is somewhere hidden free in the wild. armed and dangerous.
