surgery but fast

big thanks to UMP45 for doing stuff

[Features]

They are under ARC9 - INS1
ABSOLUTELY NO CHARMS, CAMO OR STICKERS, don't ask for them, useless
Animations has been sped up (not by changing framerate, i cut down frames manually)
some custom weapons
has a few original attachments, but uses smorgasbord's shared attachments
intentionally not using the fire_iron anims

they werent included on purpose, iirc mytton said it was because theres a lot of m4's and ak's out there already

smorgasbord has them if you want ones that are similar

the broken scope is due to an experimental arc9 setting revolving around rendering the weapon through the scope

the scope models arent transparent and dont support this, so you see inside the model
