Early Redskulls Reimplemented!

About a week ago, NotYourSagittarius shown off an unused design for the Redskull enemy, notably rocking a cool mohawk of spikes! Sadly, this design was tweaked into the Redskull we know today that shows up in Ashpit.

Well, tweaked no longer! This mod changes the design of the Redskull enemies to resemble their original designs, spike mohawk and all! Now these guys are at least, like, 5% cooler? Maybe?
