Brings Dans scrap system to the Vanilla/SFO Scarlet Empire/Blood Legion mod - can be used for vanilla as well.

SFO is marked as required but its not - will work with vanilla.

Did some more quick testing:

1. this mod works with SFO + Vanilla Scarlet Empire
2. i could switch Scarlet Empire SFO with Vanilla Scarlet Empire without crashing my save (though the units do lack around 50% health)

The "Scarlet Empire SFO" mod doesn't exists anymore, so this one is sadly also dead for now.
