Play Hearts of Iron 4

Play as Germany or the Soviet Union for enhanced autism.

Step 5 (not reccomended)

Only take this step if you plan on becoming the most autistic human out there. Once you take this step, there is no turning back. After this step, you will have a form autism so strong that scientists will want to study you.

Step 5: Download Equestrian at War mod.

No joke though, equestria at war is one of the most fleshed out and enjoyable mods ever, if you can get passed the pony aspect. It is genuinely very fun and there is so much to do in it.
