The Apthorp

The Apthorp is a condominium building at 2201–2219 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City, United States. One of the most impressive of the handful of surviving full-block apartment buildings in the city with major garden courtyards, the Apthorp was designed in the Italian Renaissance Revival style by Clinton & Russell and completed in 1908 for Astor interests.
Over the years, the Apthorp has attracted many media personalities, including writers, actors, and celebrities.

This is a modular pack of 4 high density growables (level 5). There are 2 corner and 2 straight buildings (one of them is arched!). You can plop them, or just grow them naturally.
They fit the grid perfectly so no adjustements needed. You can mix them in various combinations and also recolor them - the posibilities are endless!
They share the same texture, so they are also memory efficient.
