BIO - The Prodigal Son Returns

While Vinny's years of service with A.I.M. has been impeccable and without so much as a blemish on his personnel file, his personal life has been an entirely different matter. This wise-cracking wiseguy was suspended from A.I.M. due to his federal indictment for racketeering and tax evasion. With numerous counts against him, including rigging slot machines, injecting racehorses with Demerol and supplying prostitutes to an Olympic water polo team, we didn't really expect him to return.
And yet, miracles indeed seem to happen around The Vinster lately: apparently all charges were dropped against him. We could not verify the truthfulness of these claims, as the federal judge in charge of the case is currently in Asia for a sabbatical, supposedly rooting for his son's Olympic debut as the first-ever water polo goalkeeper on Team USA with aqua-fobia.

@key Your mercs are fabulous. "Creative Accounting" however seems to take few days to show up and the results seemed underwhelming. Vinny and Flo made some 300 bucks per shift and needed a lot of pills. It looked like the ability costs more resources, than it producedś.

@Ric - just ran into this issue myself. Recruited Vinny, got him to Mfumu's mine but there was no option under operations for 'Creative Accounting'. Got into a fight soon after and Vinny died, but the operation showed up after the fight. Maybe it shows up after a while or after an event on the said sector? Go figure :D

Your Mercs are simply awesome! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, while Echo's special operation works, Vinny's refuses to show up for me. At least at the first mine (H7). Am I the only one or is this due to 1.5?

@Lucjan: it's voiced (based on JA1 of course), actually there is info about this in the description, see:

Major update:

- No more perk icon duplication on mod reloads
- Improved the Creative Accounting operation to ensure Vinny participates
- Moved the needed pics/icons to the UI folder to eliminate some warnings
- Also there is an old_UI folder inside the UI folder with the old portrait/body pic for those who preferred that one
