Biotech Avali Ext and Alt Art

描述
An Avali Extension for the mod Biotech - Avali Mod.
Changes the default xenotype for Avali to work with new masks and textures.
Adds ears that poke through hats.

Fixes:
1.5:
External:
Avali now render with ears again
newly generated Avali now show their real feather colors
Internal:
Avali no longer need an annoying patch to fix their heads to wear anything.

This is a known bug with Gene Tools forked. You'll have to go there to request a fix as that type of modding a bit over my head.

The textures on the head are missing when I have HAR on my modlist, at least for me

Thanks, however the mod is limited to working with the ones patched. I'll just push the patch into my mod and hope it works. Every time I had tried to use it prior it didn't actually work.

This mod fixes Gene Tool's problem with hats. Very helpful.
