I was tired of just randomly waiting for Enkephalin to recover, so I decided to make a table and count.

I don't want to suffocate a lot, so I'll just explain that if 1 unit regenerates for 6 minutes, then the calculations can be made many times easier on the calculator itself (but why, when some nerd from the Internet will do it for you?) So here are the ready-made calculations, I hope it will make the farm easier for you.

Не хочу багато душнити, тому просто поясню, якщо 1 одиниця регенерує 6 хвилин, то підрахунки можна вести в рази простіше і самому на калькуляторі (але нахіба, коли якийсь нєрд з інтернету це зробить замість вас?) Тож ось вже готові розрахунки, надіюсь, це вам полегшить фарм.

Revival. I deleted that crappy screenshot, and replaced it with a perfect Excel spreadsheet, where I made not only a sheet of Enkephalin recovery hours, but also a calculator for the Mirror dungeon farm (normal difficulty, the weekly bonus is also taken into account here)
Обнова. Я видалив той крінжовий скріншот, та замінив його на досконалу Ексель таблицю, де я зробив не тільки лист з години відновлення Енкефаліну, а ще й калькулятор для фарму Міррор данджу (нормал важкість, також тут врахований тижневий бонус)
