Buffed Streltsi

Streltsi are too weak and have been from the start.

This simple mod aims to change that. Same changes to Streltsi and their RoR as my other mod but this one only for the Streltsi units.

Streltsi's role now is to break armor and weaken shields. They also have better attack making them a little more viable in melee.

I changed the charge bonus for regular Streltsi and the RoR to be more focused on being shock-infantry. Slighlty nerfing the RoR's melee defense but increasing their charge bonus.

I haven't changed melee weapon strength or armour piercing in melee for any of the units. Nor have I changed reload time or range.

Gain the "Shieldbreaker" Effect at range, reducing the missile block chance of enemies struck.


Streltsi RoR:

Health: 6930 --> Unchanged
Leadership: 80 --> Unchanged
Speed: 30 --> Unchanged
Melee Attack: 40 --> Unchanged
Melee Defence: 40 --> 38
Charge Bonus: 12 --> 20

Base Missile Damage: 10 --> Unchanged
Armour-Piercing Missile Damage: 20 --> 23
Range: 100 --> Unchanged

Also gets Shieldbreaker.

The buff's might seem small and can change from feedback. But I think they perform better mainly against armored opponents with shields.
