[COMM] Halo: MA37 ICWS - MP5

Commissioned by Rudy the Fox - Original Halo Reach port by Adorabirb - Replaces the MP5 SMG

- HQ fire sound (only in FP)

I've made tweak to the shader/texture to make it look more chrome metallic on few part of the weapon. The display plate also get a more glass-like surface, inspired by the first footage of Halo Infinite.
I've also moved the brass ejection port a bit forward, so it's visible even on low FOV
The high definition firing sound only work in first person due to it being emitted from the viewmodel anim sequence (since TLS for some reason still havent update the bitrate for it)
