Once you get to the Computer Lab, it's important to note that you'll have reached a loadable checkpoint. There will not be one until after you finish the computer game, but you have a few dialogue boxes before it appears.

NOTE: If you fail to complete all 3 levels of the game before time runs out, just reload or return to the main menu and continue. DO NOT advance the dialogue.

Etalus, the polar bear character, has the longest dialogue of any character you choose as your lab partner. Once you start the game, you must be judicious in your execution of the enemies on screen. You need to finish each level as efficiently as possible.

Level 1 is pretty simple, just some Jellies that wash up on shore. Shoot them quickly to move on to Level 2.

Level 2 features purple Ships. Some of these will be grey, meaning they're armored. They will need 2 hits to defeat.

Level 3 features flying Logs. I'm not sure why. Some have steel plating, meaning they are armored as well. Still only 2 hits to destroy. This is the longest level so be sure to angle your shot to kill multiple enemies each time you fire. You can even ricochet your shot off the side of the screen like a brick-breaker and kill enemies from behind.
