She is FORA (Female Organic Robot Android) and is the product of TechnoCorp. At least she was a very important asset of their research in organical-machine simbyosis. After a some lab events, and some unsuccessful experiments,the program was suspended. She was doomed to be just a another TechnoCorp failure asset programmed for recycling. Luckly for her, she managed to escape from the lab and hide somewhere in the wasteland.
Maybe you will have the lucky chance of meeting her in the wild, because she has some very enhanced skills and abilities and NO BREAKDOWNS
