Method 1 - Disable Shattered Embrace
If you are a DLC owner, disable the DLC "Shattered Embrace". Don't know why, but this worked for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Method 2 - Replace PhysX version
1. Uninstall PhysX through Windows 'Apps & features'
2. Install the following PhysX package: http://www.nvidia.de/object/physx-9.16.0318-driver-de.html
3. Start the game

maybe! try it, I am not sure sorry I never tested it out!

With method 2 can you still use the SE dlc?
