for your first step you must purchase LEGO Batman: The Videogame.
get off your gaming chair. find a low paying job and get enough money to get LEGO batman: The videogame

this is the hardest step of them all because LEGO batman: The Videogame is expensive so wait for a sale.

step 2

so you finally bought LEGO Batman: The videogame. And now your playing it. DON'T go into Episode 1. Go into episode 2.

step 3

complete the ENTIRETY of episode 2.
you don't need to collect minikits or get true hero doe :)

step 4

once you have beaten penguins lair go to the left elevator.

step 5

go to the computer and select characters.
find the penguin minion and if you have the studs you can buy the funny penguin!!!!
