This is the Waku Ante Bellum Multiplayer Balance Patch. This mod can of course be used in any casual or competitive multiplayer server however it was made for the Waku server which can be joined from this link https://discord.gg/UA4GN464GM. It is meant to be played in a semi competitive fashion and changes quite a few things about AB to make it more suitable for a semi-competitive MP Lobby. Such things include combining explo and expansion,England and Normandy starting at war,Removing Dev Edict,Nerfs to National ideas and more.
This mod is Separate from Ante Bellum however it requires Ante Bellum to Function Properly

Dev Edict has been removed
Dev Cost Advisor has been Replaced with a 10% goods produced advisor
Any Nation can now Declare war While in a Regenc
Expansion ideas removed and Most buffs of expansion ideas placed into Exploration Ideas
All Natives in The americas besides the mesoamerican and incan natives are removed
Formable Added for Bohemia called "Saxoslavia"
Formable for both Bavaria and Swabia called "Allemmanic Confederation"
More Balance throught the Map
Normandy now Starts at War with England and if they win they can force a PU and form England.
Certian National ideas are Now more Balanced
Byzantium is made Viable.
Trade goods more sensible and historically accurate
Persia Dev Cost balance
