Ability: Fief and Title You can translate a city which 4 tiles distant to your capital into a Fief: -6 Loyalty per turn in this city, +50% city growth rate and border expansion rate, +100% gold but -40% science and culture, provide a free noble unit every 20 turns. If a fief is original owned by a civilization in Mount and Blade II mod, then it will provide its original culture's noble unit. Unlock the Vlandia Banner Knight ability to construct a Bureau, unique to Derthert. The max amount of buildable Bureau equals to your fief city amount. Can be built on Your or Neutral territory. Provides Fortification to units on the tile. Duplicates yields from adjacent tiles when built. add them to the Bureau's tile and grants the yield to the capital city. When built on your territory, gain a Vlandia Gallant and provides +2 amenity and +6 Loyalty if it's Fief. If built adjacent to a city-state territory, add 2 envoy to it, and make a free levy if possible. After existing for 30 turns, automatically be removed.
