From the start of the guide, I will list everything for convenience in case you want to cross reference what you may or may not have. Follow the mission objective, impossible to miss. Found on the same raised area where you had found Raven's License. Destroy the other MTs first to make it a little easier.

After destroying the second target, instead of moving up towards the third target, keep to the right instead.

While Dunham is actually optional, he is hard to miss, appearing before the destruction of the final target.

This alternate mission is NG+ only.

Enemy ACs: G4 Volta and G5 Iguazu
Follow the mission objective, until you're offered more money. Only Volta will give a log, as you have Iguazu's already.
Mission 09: Operation Wallclimber

On the left side past the first wall, this set of enemies are surrounding Volta's wreck.

Relative to facing the wall, Volta's destroyed AC can be found to the very left of the city surrounded by 3x Light MTs.

Relative to facing the wall, this wreck can be found to the right where the two walls meet, on top of the smaller wall and tucked away into a corner.
Mission 10: Retrieve Combat Logs
Combat Logs:
Enemy AC: Little Ziyi
Drop into the large canyon area while perusing for more data logs. She will attack you for your role in Operation Wallclimber. As she's just a child, make sure to use a pilebunker on her.

System Log: One-Sided Engagement
The first data log you'll likely see out in the open, just beneath where you start.

Text Data: The Well Dries
Located almost immediately next to the first data log.

Video Record: STEEL HAZE
Continuing along the right, you'll find this flaming wreck guarded by three MTs.

Comms Record: Friendly Comms
Visible from the previous wreck.

Video Record: Communication Attempt
Directly next to the previous wreck. MTs spawn on approaching it.

System Log: The Deserter
After getting the previous log, jump into the hole immediately. It'll be right at the bottom.

Comms Record: Rusty's Encoded Comms
On the other side of the massive piece of slag from the grid is this wreck. Getting close to it will spawn Ziyi.

This wreck is easily missed compared to the others, located underneath the grid's massive dropped slag, it's underneath on the upper ledge guarded by few MTs.
Mission 11: Prisoner Rescue
Combat Logs:
This mission is NG+ only.

BAWS Tetrapod
Follow the mission objective to the first point, and then push further forward and destroy the larger choppers on a nearby building. Make a solid turn left and head back up onto the raised natural area.

Enemy AC: G2 Nile
Follow the mission objective. Make sure to destroy the MTs first.
Mission 12: Investigate BAWS Arsenal No. 2
Data Logs:
Video Record: BAWS Guard's Last Words
After destroying the first MDD, drop down to the bottom level and stick to the right wall. This wreck will be guarded by another MDD.

After the second MDD encounter, stick to the upper left area. There will be yellow cranes built into the wall with this wreck on one of the last ones.
Mission 14A: Attack the Watchpoint
Combat Logs:
Enemy AC: Sulla
Follow the mission objective.

Just past and beneath the second laser cannon, there is a hole that drops down to a small water section where this wreck hides.

Observation Data: Wave Mutation Detected
After clearing the first area, this wreck can be found in between the first and second areas on the highest building. For added context, Sulla would be in the third area.
Mission 15: Infiltrate Grid 086
Hidden Parts:
HC-3000 WRECKER
From the door where two Toybox MTs drop down behind you as a trap, go forward and drop down through the hole. Immediately turn around and its' in the corner.

CC-3000 WRECKER
In the furnace area, denoted by the molten metal, jump past the crucible into an area below. Be wary of multiple MTs laying in wait as a trap.

AC-3000 WRECKER
In the same location as Enemy AC: Nossa. In the furnace room, there are two pipes with one pouring molten lava into a cruciblel. Enter the inactive pipe and make your way through to the end of the path.

2C-3000 WRECKER
In the final area past the furnace, stick to the right side of the final structure. This is located directly above the final combat log. This is just before the fireworks.

Combat Logs:
Enemy AC: "Invincible" Rummy
Follow the mission objective.

2x BAWS Tetrapod
After defeating Rummy, exit the opened door. Immediately fly up onto the roof of Rummy's area and the two will be here.

2x Toybox MTs
After defeating Rummy, exit the opened door. Immediately fly up onto the roof of Rummy's area, then go past the BAWS Tetrapods and over the larger structures with MTs on it. You'll come to a large lift with the two Toybox MTs beneath you.

Enemy AC: Nossa
In the same location as AC-3000 WRECKER. In the furnace room, there are two pipes, one still active with molten metal. Enter the inactive pipe and make your way through to the end of the path.

2x MTs + 1 Toybox MT
In the final area past the furnace, stick to the right side of the final structure. This is located directly underneath the 2C-3000 WRECKER legs. This is just before the fireworks.

Comms Record: Doser Ravings
After "Invincible" Rummy, proceed out the opened door. Turn around, jump up, and pass over the top to the large lift area This is past both the 2x BAWS Tetrapods and 2x Toybox MTs, at the bottom of the large lift.

Video Record: The Collector's Last Words
In a similar location to AC-3000 WRECKER and Nossa. In the furnace room, instead of entering the empty pipe, instead enter the very much active molten pipe. This will cause damage.
Mission 17: Stop the Secret Data Breach
This mission is NG+ only.

Combat Logs:
BAWS Tetrapod
You'll likely find this fairly easily while looking around for the hacking devices, as it's blocking a path right to one.

2x MTs + Heavily Armored MT
Found in the same location that Nossa, or AC-3000 WRECKER, was. Same pipe next to the crucible. There are several Suicide Drones inside, so be mindful of them first.

Enemy AC: G5 Iguazu
Follow the mission objective.

After stopping the hack, do not exit the area. Instead, go to the area right of the exit objective, and inside will be this wreck. Remember, the 02 door, not 01!
Mission 18: Ocean Crossing
Combat Logs:
4x Squid Drones
After the lift, keep to the right and drop down to a lower platform. The second data log for Doser Chatter is here as well. After collecting the data log, turn around and simply pass through this tunnel.

After the lift, keep to the left and drop down. So long as you're by the edge, you'll find the lower area with this wreck easily.

After the lift, keep to the right and drop down to this lower platform. On the lower platform, you'll find this wreck near some Squid Drones.
Mission 19: Steal the Survey Data

From the start of the mission, keep to the right and keep going. It's past the first large building.

These two are near the bridge, one directly underneath it, and the other off to the right by the struts in the canyon on the right side.

Comms Record: Enforcement Squad Comms
Halfway through the mission on the bridge with gatling guns, beneath this bridge and to the right is a small, closed entrance. Sitting just inside is this wreck.

At the final objective, the actual fuel refinery, jump over it and squeeze in between the dome and the wall. Inside this small gap is the wreck.
Mission 21: Eliminate V.VII
Combat Logs:
BAWS Tetrapod
Follow the mission objective and stop at the first point. From here, you should be able to see it in between some buildings. The second data log is also here.

Enemy AC: V.VII Swinburne
Follow the mission objective. When he offers you money, he stops moving, despite pilebunkers existing.

Enemy AC: Rokumonsen
When Swinburne offers you money NOT to crush him with a pilebunker, accept his offer. Roku will appear and angrily, offering himself up to the pilebunking Gods.

Immediately after starting, drop to the base of the wall to your right and travel along it. You'll come to a small ramp down and this wreck.

In front of the BAWS Tetrapod within the city, near the first objective.
Mission 22: Tunnel Sabotage
Hidden Parts:
IA-C01W1: NEBULA
After entering the larger, open area of the cave with large struts crossing the chasm, head up and to the left. In this pocket area, you'll find this part in front of a large machine.

Sniper LC
Located on the way to NEBULA, this will be in the upper left area after entering the larger open area of the cave.
Mission 24A: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City
Hidden Parts:
IA-C01G: AORTA
After accessing the first ECM Fog Generator, head towards the second one. This part will be located just before the second objective on top of a short building.

Combat Logs:
Transforming MT
After the second Fog Generator, head down the road towards the two plasma launchers. After dispatching them, continue following the road without turning. For a better vantage, get onto the bridge where one of the Transforming MTs were. You should be able to see the teal eye of the Combat Log MT, and next to it is Domayan's Writing (3).

Follow the mission objective.

After the second Fog Generator, head down the road towards the two plasma launchers. After dispatching them, continue following the road without turning. For a better vantage, get onto the bridge where one of the Transforming MTs were. You should be able to see the teal eye of the Combat Log MT, and next to it is Domayan's Writing (3).
Mission 24B: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City
This alternate mission is NG++ only.

Upon mission start, head to your right instead and go around the hole. Hidden behind a ledge towards the end of the area is CANDLE RING. Should you go for the data log instead, he will ambush you.

Opposite of Ring Freddie, away from the hole and up against the cliff, is this wreck.

While moving up to the base, keep to the left wall. This wreck is just inside a gate.
Mission 28: Attack the Old Spaceport
Combat Logs:
2x LC
By the rightmost target, there is a smaller complex that these two watch over and patrol.

Shielded LC
Distant from any targets, this LC is found left of the rocket, relative to your starting position.
Mission 29: Eliminate "Honest" Brute
Hidden Parts:
WB-0010 DOUBLE TROUBLE
On the fourth hanging structure, this part can be found straight down from the Coyote Chatter data log.

BC-0600 12345
On the seventh hanging structure, on the farther end that stretches far out.

WB-0000 BAD COOK
After going into the structure beyond the Shield Generator Toybox MT, simply drop down and look to the right. Incredibly hard to miss.

Combat Logs:
2x Toybox MTs
On the fourth hanging structure near the first part, as well as the fifth, these two are rolled up and waiting.

BAWS Tetrapod
On the seventh hanging structure, towards the center. Can't miss it.

Shield Generator Toybox MT
I don't think anyone will miss this one.

Enemy AC: "Honest" Brute
Follow the mission objective.

Data Logs:
Comms Record: Coyote Chatter
At the very start of the mission, you will be facing the third hanging structure. The data log is at the very top platform you're looking at from the start.

Observation Data: Blind Spots
After dealing with the large shield, turn back out directly towards the open area. At the very bottom of the eighth hanging structure, this wreck will be a bit more visible with electricity against the dark surfaces. Be wary of the two MTs directly above it.
Mission 30: Defend the Old Spaceport
Combat Logs:

Mission 31: Defend the Dam Complex
This mission is NG+ only.

After the partition closes and the enemies are dealt with, check the back of the room with the access port. Very hard to miss.
Mission 36A: Underground Exploration - Depth 2
Hidden Parts:

After entering the chasm and chasing down the boss with the door locking on you, the part will be in the room directly to your right.

IA-C01A: EPHEMERA
After entering the pipe and hitting the vertical jump pad, it's directly in front of you. This is the opposite of a hidden part.

Follow the mission objective.

2x PCA MTs
After chasing the boss through the chasm, these two will be in the room on the right after the door locks in front of you, guarding the GILLS.

In the area where the boss shoots at you from a distance, this wreck can be found at the top of a pipe above the bridge he shoots from.

Upon entering the cavern, this part will be to your right on the further outer platform just behind an obstacle.

IA-C01C: EPHEMERA
Found on the far left strut, this part is guarded by one of the two Combat Log enemies.

These two are separate, but can be found on the opposite end of the cavern on two different struts.

Upon entering the large cavern, this data log will be on the strut to your left, closer to the cave wall.

Follow the mission objective.

9x HELIANTHUS Machines aka Grinder Wheels
Located exclusively in the water area, there is a group of three immediately upon dropping in, two more in the distance, then three more surrounding the MOONLIGHT. The final wheel spawns when trying to cross the bridge in the water.

Normally, I would not recommend means of dealing with something. However, SONGBIRDS Grenade Launcher is notably very effective against them, able to destroy one in one shot if it's headed towards you.

2x Coral MTs
In the water area on the far right end. Collecting the Data Log will activate two C-Weapons around you. However, you can also shoot one individually, activating them one at a time to make them easier to deal with.

Immediately upon starting, look to your left. It's on top of the tallest building.

In the water area on the far right end. Collecting the Data Log will activate two C-Weapons around you. You can also shoot them individually to activate them one at a time.

Mission 45: Intercept Corporate Forces

Rather than go through the city, traversing atop the canopy above will draw out this interceptor.

Follow the mission objective.
Mission 48: Eliminate "Cinder" Carla
Combat Logs:
Enemy AC: V.II Snail
In the city, en route to the mission objective but not actually the objective.

It's worth it.

Follow the mission objective.
Mission 51: MIA
This mission is NG++ only.

Before entering Depth 1, go down to where you originally had activated the power for Depth 2. While initially grateful for being saved, Red will attack you due to extreme combat stress, insisting he cannot trust you.
Mission 52: Regain Control of the Xylem
This mission is NG++ only.

Hidden Parts:
IB-C03W3: NGI 006
Upon starting the mission, simply drop down to your left and go straight.

That's all.

IB-C03W4: NGI 028
In the third room, with the fifth and sixth target, this part is in the first half of the room towards the center.

I was from ACO until EJRaven became insufferable, the old remnants of the core AC fandom are in ACU now and I bum around sometimes but there isn't always a lot of AC talk.

Nah, I never used the Sawa much. I kinda just used it in AC2/AA and then didn't bother with later incarnations. I loved vertical missile bullying.
