Back in the day there was also Tantal which was chambered in 5.45 and had semi, burst and full auto selector.
Century Arms manufactures and also Imports AK's as well, but the one they manufacture in house using 100% american made parts are ass, in the past they used cast metal for the Trunnion and bolt which is not designed to handle 7.62x39, you will have a failure down the line with pieces breaking off the cast metal, but their imports are 100% good to go.
You Could also look into Quality Imports like Zastava from the former country Yugoslavia, those are battle proven from the Balkan wars in the 90s or WASR-10 from Romania which is also quality but youll run into some QC issues depending on year of manufacture, Then theres Beryl & WBP from Poland which is really good quality and a lot of caliber options like 7.62 or 5.56
