basically you have to play the game anyway two times to get all archievements

there is a archievement to get all heartcontainers the hacking upgrade archievement is not related to the flowers archievement

No,i think you misunderstood,there is an achivement that requires the player to only get a hacking upgrade and nothing else. So do flowers count as upgrades for the achievement or not?
