updates Starbound's profanityfilter.config to add the latest dirty, naughty, obscene, and otherwise bad words[github.com]

did you know starbound has a profanity filter?
it's only used on namegens though
so random npc names wont contain "ass" or anything

did you know chucklefish added "ballsack" to the list themselves?
