Everything is fixed!

Replaces the main menu video and audio with AWOLGABEN (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRxcSNaVCPA).

NOTE: The background does not work due to an error in the Steam workshop. Here's how you can get it working:

1. Navigate to your L4D2 root folder and go into the bin folder
2. Scroll down until you find vpk.exe (NOTE: If you haven't got file extensions enabled, it may only be present as vpk and type Application. NOTE 2: This may not be present. You can download it from below or install the Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools from the tools section of Steam.
3. Open (in a second window) your L4D2 root folder, navigate to to the left4dead/addons/workshop
4. Drag 302496916.vpk onto vpk.exe. A cmd window should open for a second and then a folder called 302496916 should appear at the top of your addons/workshop folder
5a. Move the 302496916 folder to the /addons folder (the folder above where it's located now)
5b. If 5a doesn't work, move the folders inside 302496916 to the root directory of the game and overwrite all files
6. Open L4D2

This is my first addon. I know it's a little crude, and I will try to keep patching it however Steam has a 200MB upload limit. Please mention any bugs or suggestions in the comments. It is possible to use a program such as GCFScape instead of vpk.exe if you have problems.
