Trakpak3 Breitspur

A pack of 3000mm (9'10") gauge tracks. Why did I make this, you may be asking? Because big train cool. Currently just a dependency for Northward, because I didn't feel like sifting through this gauge's files again.

Some switches currently have weird meshes, though their hitboxes are perfectly normal. A future update will fix that.

Some history:
This was the gauge decided on for that one austrian painter's supersized train concept, which would have had frankly insane carrying capacity. A 12-car express train would have been able to carry over two thousand passengers at speeds at or exceeding 125 mph (200 kph), with some locomotives capable of 155 mph (250 kph). The cars would have been so large, in fact, that just one passenger car could have easily straddled a Union Pacific Big Boy. Locomotive horsepower would have ranged from between 15,200 on the lower end up to 24,000 on the higher end.

Requires Trakpak3. Thanks to those in the TP3 discord for helping me figure out how to do this :)

Will put together a version for Hammer at some point in the future.
