This mod brings the Dark Elf City Guard to WH3, mentioned in the Chronicles 2003 and listed as missing unit in the community post.
It's a hybrid unit just like the Lothern Sea Guard with spears and crossbow. Yeah, the animation doesn't look perfect, but I'm still learning.

The City Commander is the male Dreadlord but renamed to fit the role. Additionally he can ride a Cold One Chariot.

It was the Cult of Slannesh mod, it removes those choices.

there shouldn't be a compatibility problem with my mod. i only changed the name of the male dreadlord. the female dreadlord mod only changes the female lord

does this mod need to be loaded after female dreadlords? I can't recruit them now for some reason.

I like the mod but when I tried it on custom battle, the units didn't fire, they got stuck on the middle of the animation and kept trying to take out their crossbows.
