"Build the same as any forged neutral (battle forged neutral, stamina neutral, all the same), BUT make use of any high ranged skill and excessive fatigue (By either having fatigue-efficient heavy armor or large fatigue pool, or fatigue-efficient named weapons)! ( no need for crossbow weapon spec!)
