Will the skill build change for weaver now that Swarm is much stronger early-game?

Swarm's not actually 1 armor per second, but per attack. Which is every 1.35 seconds.

if you want regen go aquila and if you want more get a medallion or get linkens

hmm i seem to find better luck ina tranq euls/ radiance or linkes. euls only way to really go mana speed and a easy disable, then linkens, radiance shit even had great games with tranq/ malestorm euls

You get linkens sphere for a reason on weaver. You HAVE to rely on his ult, not doing so renders him useless and is stupid. NEVER ult at full health unless it's tactical (such as to catch up to a fleeing enemy on low health).
