For now items are purchasable at Nan's

I'm undecided on if they should be creature drops or just purchasable as well as balancing for that so expect that to be changed at some point.

>> Currently contains a host of accessories that heals a character by a % of elemental damaged taken.
Each element has it's respective accessory that'll "eat" that element.

>> There are even two more expensive accessories that currently may be a touch broken but one heals from any type of magic damage the other heals from physical damage.
