Tutorial:
1. Go to where your game is installed.
- for me it is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Metro 2033 Redux\2033
2. Delete 'legal.ogv' file.
3. Make sure you have file extensions turned on in viewer.

4. make text file and name it 'legal.ogv' make sure to remove the '.txt' extension.
5. Play game and it should skip intro.
