Modern Weapons Armory 3.0 submod : Salvaging

This is submod that allow you using your Crafting skill to salvage your gun to gun part.

**Update**
You now can salvage Ammo Crate into Scrap.

When I play the weapon in single play, it is quite hard to find a guns parts to repair my guns, so I wonder is there have a other way to lets player get these guns parts more easy. So I create this mod to let who want easy little bit can use this mod.
