Today, we will be going, IN DETAIL on how to unlock all characters. There will be strategies, and I will try and make it easy to unlock the characters. Well, now that that's clear, we can get into the guide!

This, is the Assassin. Imao, he is one of the harder characters to unlock.

HOW TO UNLOCK: Beat a level (Not a floor, just a single level) without alerting or killing anyone.

The Strategy: First, you need to equip Thief. Thief is one of the starting characters, and is also the best one to unlock the Assassin. Because of the wall bypassers, cardboard boxes, and safe cracking tools he starts with, it is pretty easy to get Assassin with him. Just remember, don't take any risks if you're trying to unlock Assassin. If anyone, I mean ANYONE sees you where you shouldn't be, then your try is failed. If someone sees you pickpocket, your try is failed. If you aggravate anyone, your try is failed. I know it might seem daunting, but if you just finish your missions and get to the elevator, you can get Assassin no problem.


His ability: Camouflage (I got this from the wiki)

Camouflage renders the player Invisible for 10 seconds, making them effectively invisible while active. The ability can only be used if the player isn't in the line of sight of any that is not Aligned or Loyal, and the invisibility will break if they perform any actions other than the following:

1. Successfully performing a Backstab
2. Opening doors
3. Pressing buttons
4. Picking up, dropping or using items
5. In addition, invisibility is lost upon running into any NPC that is not Aligned.

Actions that deactivate Camouflage include:

1. Opening locked doors, safes, or chests.
2. Hitting any part of an NPC other than their back, even if the hit kills them.
3. Hitting any object.
4. Taking any damage.
5. Knocking doors or tapping windows.

This, is the Bartender. Imao, he is one of the more annoying characters to unlock. (If you're inexperienced)

HOW TO UNLOCK: Drink 10 alcoholic beverages in a single game. (Beer, Whiskey, .etc)

The Strategy: I'm gonna be honest, there isn't really a strategy to get him. You can start with slum dweller because he starts with some beer, but I don't really know what else I can say. You're just supposed to get him as you slowly drink more beer throughout the levels. If you really focus on it, then you can get him faster, but it's still expensive. Just go to every bar you can and spend all of your money on drinks over and over to get him I guess.


His ability: None (He does have an item called the drink mixer though, with is pretty much a special ability.)

The drink mixer is a tool in Streets of Rogue. It can be used to turn a consumable item that gives a status effect into a Cocktail. If the character also has the Serve Drinks trait, they can offer the Cocktail to any NPC. (I got this from the wiki)
