This map was created by saitek (this guy) and uploaded to garrysmod.org.

Description of original upload:
This is the ttt version of the Starfish Island recreation from GTA Vice City. The GM full version of the map will be released soon. This map has 7 custom textures already injected into the .BSP. Please comment if you have any question, comments concerns or to report a bug.
Special thanks to GC Textures and to Stene for their texture packs.

Mr Sheminyea Yeah, you need Counter Strike Source for most of the textures.

Can you like add interiors to the other houses of the map?

@cobestar1 They cannot make a full size map of Vice city. It's not possible with the tools they use, Hammer doesn't allow the map to go any bigger than what they have it i belivie.
