Double pump(ing) refers to double jumping(diving) in game to achieve maximum distance towards the finish line.

To clutch or get the clutch, it means to avoid being hit or save yourself from an obsticle! dont stumble!

When you Shift!

Following double pumping the clutch, you need to also shift in order to get into a stable position to get the W or qualify.
