8-Track Cartridge

解説
An 8-Track cartridge, done in the artstyle of TF2. Originally made as a backpack model for Creators.TF's music packs, this model is finally able to be used by the public!

The model supports 10 skins, with the first skin being an example, and 9 blank ones. To change the color of a skin open the respective "8track_xx.vmt", edit "$colortint_base" and "$color2" to the values you want. Or just change the color of the base tint via "Doc's Color Script Ver.Theta"


REMEMBER TO SAVE ANY LABELS MADE WITH THE TEMPLATES AS .TGA

@Pizza Man if he doesn't want to, its his choice, most of the time i try to ask the creators if i can port it, if they don't want, thats fine, most likely it ain't your choice or mine, its his dude :DSTskull:

8-tracks predated hitclips for years. They're from the 1960s.

They're not hexes. They're the actual files. I make sure I only upload things I work on or made, unless it's for archival reasons (such as lost GMod Tower maps, as well as The Hidden maps). I just haven't uploaded to to the Gmod workshop as of late because they broke the uploader I use, and I've been trying to find a replacement that is just as easy. Not to mention being busy with other things.

I've been accused of stealing plenty of times, so I apologize for being a bit standoffish.

1 & 2) Half of the TF2 clothing hexes (NOT THE MAPS) on your account aren't ported to GMod, that's what I was referring to.
3) That's a fair point, my bad.
4) Also fair, then give them a proper crediting template. If they're asking you beforehand, they clearly care enough to put in the effort.
5) Okay good, that's all I needed. I checked all around your profile, this addon, your other addons, I wasn't sure if you just put other people's stuff up or what, cause I know a good few people who do that and it's a respectable thing but throws your argument out if you are yeah? But, thank you for the source.
Apologies if I seem disrespectful, I have autism. Genuinely my bad. :steamthumbsup: Thanks for clearing it up, a valid back-argument. Was just saying, your initial response didn't explain a lot.

1) I do my own ports.
2) I wouldn't call around 100 uploads "barely anything".
3) I haven't gotten around to uploading to Gmod because I've been busy with other things.
4) I don't like others porting my stuff, because I like to be sure I'm credited, as well as the uploader.
5) If I didn't work on the model, then how do I have the exact model CreatorsTF used for music kits?

And yet you haven't ported barely ANYTHING to Gmod, especially not this one.
Better yet, you posted this publicly, and instead of Just Porting It, someone asks you, and That's your response...?
Saying No is valid, but the wording/reasoning you chose makes zero sense, I'm going to be honest. I can't even verify this is Your model.
