Actually he is not immune to all forms of damage in his Giant Floating Head state just takes less damage from attacks in this state.

Also, while Kaos is in his Giant Floating Head Mode he can hover into NPC/Players and deal 46 flat rate, and 69 on a crit. Don't actually know what type of Garry's Mod damage this would be, possible DMG_PLASMA or DMG_DISSOLVE.

While holding the Elemental summon attack, Kaos will float above the Elemental summon sphere, eyes glowing white, and his able to fly but only around the Elemental summon sphere and can fly a slight length away from it, but not in it. While this happens, the summoning sphere will begin cycling slowly through each Elemental attack. If held for long enough it speeds cycling through the attacks at a and keeps that rate of speed.

Sound Burst, causes sound damage with DMG_SONIC, dmg_sonic will be increased for crit.
