RCSC Steeple Cab 15 Dummy Freight

The Republic City Streetcar Company is a fictional company I use for my own custom builds. The name is taken out of the Show the Legend of Korra.

This locomotive is modeled after a GE steeple cab locomotives, typical to to small electric railroads at during the early 20th century.
