STEP 1 - DELETE ALL GAMES
Deleting games can free up time for more productive activities, foster real-world connections, improve mental and physical health, and allow for personal growth and self-discovery.

STEP 2 - GET YOUR SLEEP IN ORDER
try to go to bed by 11 o'clock in the evening, and sleep at least 6-7 hours, if you work out in the gym, we need at least 8 hours for a full and good recovery of our muscles. Remember, you should already be in the sleep phase by 1-2 o'clock at night, because it is by this time that we get the growth hormone that is important to us.

STEP 3 - MORNING ROUTINE AND PLAN FOR THE DAY
before you start breakfast, you should conduct a morning ritual, remember that before breakfast itself, 40 minutes should pass from waking up to eating, do not forget to drink water with lemon after getting out of bed and brushing your teeth (This is one of the secrets of how to start the day more productively).

obviously, we don't need to chase after "aesthetic routine, like bloggers, etc.". The most important thing is efficiency and not to forget what we need to do for today, and we delegate this task to a notebook so as not to keep a lot of thoughts in our head.


your plan for the day should be made from last night, so that in the morning you just do everything on the to-do list. I used to write the plan myself in a computer notebook and just take a screenshot from it and send it to myself in a message so that it is accessible from all devices, or I take a picture of it on my phone in cases when there is no Internet.

This is just one section of the notebook, try to do the same, but add the following sections: goals for the week, for the month, the next important events, goals for the year and a guideline for life what are you thinking of doing at least in the next 5 years.
STEP 4 - THINK ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO IT OR IGNORE IT
you need a goal and something that will motivate you! I was guided by the fact that I plan to marry one girl, I have literally been a recluse all my life, but all those tragic events combined to create a new me, rethinking everything old and finally decided to live a full life.

This is only a small part of what I can recommend to you, over the last 4 years I have gone through a long way of hard work on myself, working out my habits and what I am, maybe I will tell you about my long and hard journey at the end of all 8 chapters that are planned to be published in the Steam manuals and maybe you will change your idea of the world and that you should already start acting from this moment, as I once started it, I wish you to start too.
