The TYCHE (named for the goddess of luck and providence) is a space and atmosphere capable Destroyer intended as an independant operator and multi-role combat vessel. Its uses tended to overlap with heavier Frigates of the time, including escorting convoys, patrolling, and assisting smaller craft with Hit & RUn maneuvers.

To serve these roles, the TYCHE is armed with 4 Assault Turrets, 3 Artillery Turrets, and a fixed front Rotary Assault Gatling capable of putting 360 rounds out per minute. 2 Gatling turrets protect the rear of the vessel from attack, but all other turrets can fire forwards so as to enhance the effect of the Rotary Cannon. Additionally, Hit & Run maneuvers are made possible with a Jump Drive.

The TYCHE is equipped with enough facilities to produce basic resources and more Assault ammunition. It has an assembler, but would need to be provided urianium ingots for the production of Artillery shells or to power it's small reactor.
