If you're using the Anime Armada English patch, it's also worth disabling that and trying to replicate issues. It's been at least twice now I've screwed up something before (´~`ヾ)

Technically can't, since Paradox force a father must be a male.
So YOURSELF must become pregnant to get a YOUR heir.
As for child-in-law (or gene child, I'm not sure how it localized) in both parents' character UI, there should be such a widget for them.
I guess I have re-arranged the character UI and hide or moved the 'marry' button, try character interaction to marry someone instead?
