Opened steam
Win key + r
enter in: steam://open/console
Went to steam console, typed in: download_Depot 242050 242051 7598860626606919774
Depot downloaded to steam -> steamapps -> content -> app_242050 -> depot_242051
Copied "AC4BFSP.exe" from depot_242051 into the actual game install directory

Don't need to stand the 19 gb. Just wait it DL AC4BFSP.exe, and paste it as i said. Then, delete the depot_242051

P.S. no need to delete files! I deleted the game, so there are no files in the game folder!

Where can I find the install directory? All I need to do is copy and paste AC4BFSP.exe into the install directory.

Worked perfectly, thank you! After that exe, logging into Ubisoft is much faster and so are loading times. I think Ubisoft are intentionally breaking the game (repeatedly). I'm keeping this exe forever, hoping they don't break the game even more.

Hi, if you find this guide still not working to you(I too struggle after failed to attempt).
After doing this guide. continue this following:

- Open the game on offline mode(make sure not you're connected to internet during opening the ubi-launcher)
-Go to Kenway's Fleet map(message pops-up due to offline mode)
-Go back to the Helm(steering wheel of the boat)
-Mission complete
