Use the SYS rng parameter

Enter in the console (press keyboard "~")

bind "@" "incrementvar cl_buy_favorite_nowarn 0 1000000000 1"

where @ can be replaced with your favorite keystroke, e.g. G H J ..... (Non-functional

buttons)

[ ] Once the binding is complete, you can use the bound button to switch skins in real time in-game
