The combo for the Safe is 7 12 4, Found via watching Reel "Heist" found in basement behind a triangle locked room near the fusebox. Pull handle after inputting the combo to finish unlocking the safe.

The Orb answer key is a poster found in Maintenance office near office elevator corridor. It does not require a specific rotation for any symbol selection. Novelist shotgun is also in that Maintenance room

There's a 5th mask reward for the Set Stage Orb that is needed for this puzzle. The masks have to be hauled from Dice puzzle alongside newly added mask to second floor of main building lobby.


The answer key to puzzle can be found in the conference room behind the left sided curtain next to the whiteboard.

This should open the room 122.

To get the Mouse cave, one has to press a brick facing steps that surrounding the pit in the Basement area! Note there are two bricks, one of them will notify via clunk, after pressing, to confirm that entrance is open.

The entrance to the cave is in the room with a staircase that goes towards fuse box puzzle area. Its left from the pit entrance.



Besides a cheat tape. There's also a note on the wall. Currently there's no known puzzle or interaction for this note.

If a grenade, i.e. a punctuation, is thrown into Golden Gobblette Statues located in the Movie Theater and hallway to the first floor stash area. As shown in screenshot. The mouth closes and no other effect is known.

The grenade explosion is contain inside the statue and doesn't effect any another character surrounding the statues.

After completing the Orb and Hotel Mask Puzzle,the player gains access to Room 122 machine puzzle.

There's A to Z with 0 to 9 on six dials with lever on side to pull.

There's an unique song track that is Morse code playing in the room that message reads as:

Using Free Cam in Set Stage area there's a door that once entered; that will play series of videos that will play from announcement to launch trailers for My Friendly Neighbor in a loop. The player still retain ability to use the inventory, move around in the space but video will remain centered on player vision. There's a door in the space that will go to prior area and lose looping trailers in the process. This is door and its unique space is assumed to help in the Room 122 puzzle with yellow blocks hidden in the fast pace trailers


Cube Room as shown in the screen shot. The Cube room states that's there 1/4 i.e. 25% of something interesting behind two white walls that are spaced from Free Cam roam. This space is found in a floating door near the entrance of Ray's workshop in the basement.

Warning doors with E notification to access can and will soft lock the game from loading into an area and freeze any inputs to escape. Forcing user to shutdown the game. Explore At your own risk!

Using either long arms or Free cam to access otherwise inaccessible doors as shown in Stage 4 area screenshot. That typically show an E interaction to open the door once select~able.

One is able to explore rooms that usually are inaccessible to the player that either were scrapped do to reformatting of levels or perhaps left for Easter egg hunting exploration. So far most doors in Stage 4 barring nailed down door, pizza door, or the entrance door. Will place the player map wise into another version of the dressing room that goes to another version of Prop Department. Which both rooms will place player back into regular stage rooms and be inaccessible unless using prior E doors in Stage 4. The nailed door and pizza door will soft lock the player. While entrance/blue circle doors will send the player back into normal hallway.

Found by Syanarsomave via exploring the map cell of the Bathroom tub area. Its able to be interacted with, yet nothing is selectable.

While exploring in the free cam mode in Arnold's floor, found this book with various characters. Unknown message currently
