Ok I'll se to making a fix.

I was able to find with which mod the conflict Resized Lords Heroes 3

Sorry Zold, I can't see the link you send me! But I can tell you that the: "Enable all Heroes for Variant Selector (Beta) (Submod)" doesn't touch the Gotrek files in any way. Meaning the problem is likely on your end. Try disabling all mods other than: "Agent Hero Forever - Gotrek & Felix + Ulrika", "Variant Selector", "Enable all Heroes for Variant Selector (Beta) (Submod)" and this mod. Start a new campaign and if you still have the problem, send me a new screenshot of Gotrek.

Zold, are you sure your using "Enable all Heroes for Variant Selector (Beta) (Submod)"? not just Enable all Heroes? By the way if you use both that might be what's causing the problem. Try disabling "Enable all Heroes" and only use "Enable all Heroes for Variant Selector". Start a new Campaign and let me know if the problem persists.

Zold, can you post a picture with Gotrek's broken model? or a link to that picture? Because it works fine for me. If the problem persists, try disabling some mods that may cause a conflict and get back to me I'll see about fixing it.
