[DRACONIS EXPANSE] ReactorsManager

This script will always keep exactly one fusion fuel cannister inside each of your reactors.
You need to use the keyword Fuel in one of your container name (no connector / cockpit). It will be the container that contain fuel.
This script helps if you don't have a lot of fusion fuel and want it to be equally shared by all reactors.

Please report any bug in comment so i can fix them.

- Add debug to a LCD
- Being able to customize the number of cannister wanted instead of always 1
- Using any block for the fuel inventory instead of only containers
- Being able to look / deposit / take in each inventory and lock some
- Various optimisations can be done
