It's the same fix I have already posted, in gameoptions:

Change this option to false and start a new save.
ThrustersNeedOpenSpace: true > false

I have the same problems with the covered engines, and only in this mod.

Updated, you may now use the BP factory in playfields.
Affected playfields: Earth, Ocean and some space sectors such as asteroid fields.

Oh, okay. I know what happened, I copied the updated playfield from another scenario that does intend to have BP factory disabled, but this scenario does not. Simple fix and I will update this scenario for your convenience.

On earth. When i go to the factory its written near the bottom that the factory isn't enabled for the playfield. Thanks for your response, it seems its might be one of the planets you are referring to.

These should be gameplay options that can be changed.

Is there a specific planet that you are unable to use the factory on?
Not seeing anything in the files so far and most planets in this scenario are default as what the developers set them as, so some of them have features disabled for storyline-oriented planets.

I cant seem to use the blueprint factory. not sure if it was intended or not but wanted to share this in case its a bug or mistake.

If i load this Scenario my Left Thruster are deactivated and cannot be activated... in other scenarios i don't have this problem..
